1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the How to Birth a Baby course and website. By enrolling in the course, you agree to these terms.

2. Course Access and Content

• As a Founding Member, you will receive early access to the self-paced course.
• Modules will be released gradually, with at least one or two new sections per week.
• All course content is for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.
• Access includes course materials, private group access, and any updates made to the course during your membership.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Founding Member pricing is a one-time payment of £49
• All purchases are final. Refunds are not offered once access to the course has been granted
• If you opt for a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments

4. Community Guidelines

By joining our private WhatsApp or Heartbeat spaces, you agree to:
• Be kind and respectful to others
• Avoid hate speech, spam, or judgmental behaviour
• Understand that this is a supportive educational space, not a substitute for medical advice

We reserve the right to remove members who breach these guidelines.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

• This course is for educational purposes only and does not constitute personalised medical advice
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of the course
• We are not liable for any choices or actions taken based on course content
• Always consult your midwife, doctor, or healthcare provider before making medical decisions
