These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the How to Birth a Baby online antenatal course (the "Course") provided by How to Birth a Baby ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing and/or accessing the Course, you agree to these terms.

Access to the Course is granted only after full payment of the course fee, which is £69 (or any current promotional price).
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and payment must be completed before course access is granted.

Due to the digital nature of the Course, refunds are not offered once access has been granted.
If you have not accessed the Course and wish to cancel within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us at april@howtobirthababy.com.
Any requests for refunds will be handled at our discretion and may incur an administrative fee.

All content, including videos, written materials, graphics, and other resources, are the intellectual property of How to Birth a Baby. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the Course for your own personal use.
You may not share, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of the Course materials without explicit permission.

The Course is designed for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for advice about your health or pregnancy. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from taking this Course.
You acknowledge that participating in the Course does not create a healthcare provider-patient relationship between you and How to Birth a Baby or any of its representatives.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, How to Birth a Baby is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course, including any personal injury or health issues that may result from following the information provided.

We reserve the right to make changes or updates to the Course content, pricing, or access terms without prior notice.
You will have lifetime access to the Course materials, but we cannot guarantee indefinite availability due to potential platform changes or other circumstances.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided during your Course registration or participation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
